The shape of an engagement
Coaching is shaped around the moment your leader is in: a transition into a bigger role, navigating a high-stakes change in the business or the wider landscape, or accelerating their growth.
The standard engagement runs six months: twelve one-hour sessions every other week, sponsor checkpoints, and reasonable between-session access, with the time to build, practice, and embed.
Add-ons, when they would deepen the work: 360 feedback, stakeholder input, observation sessions, and targeted deep dives.
Kutkutin is a Tagalog word. At its root, kutkot means to dig. And that is the work: coaching that gets beneath habit, assumption, and the stories a leader tells themselves, to the thought that drives how they lead, then turns insight into the behavior that changes what they, and the organization, can do.
